What is it?

Training Manager^TMfrom Nvolve^TM is an online hosted Training Management solution that allows you to manage all of your offline training programs efficiently and report on them at the click of a button. The goal of Training Manager^TM is to remove the need for filing cabinets filled with reams of paperwork and to move and store all records of training into a secure online location.

Training Manager^TM allows you to create any number of training programs and in turn upload all your certificates, documents, training programs, presentation etc for these programs. Once you have all the programs created and documented you can assign them to each trainee, in effect creating a bespoke training plan for each trainee.

Once you have the training plans created you can then update these as training needs are satisfied. You can also integrate the Nvolve^TM Volume Trainer PPT^TM keypad technology into Training Manager^TM allowing you to train and assess employees in large groups and without the need for manual paper based assessments.

Training Manager^TM can be fully integrated with the other Nvolve products to create a full Compliance Training Platform.
